Serve Day is led by a cross section of volunteers and local church staff dedicated to the Vision and Values outlined within our Purpose Statement. It is the role of our Oversight Committee to ensure the ‘way’ we serve is in response to ‘why’ we serve!

Oversight Committee :: Casts and ensures that the vision of service and unity among partnering churches is carried out. The Oversight Committee is designed to project the needs of each Serve Day, while equipping the Regional Anchors with the necessary resources to provide local church’s and volunteers.

Regional Anchors :: The main point of contact for Partner Church to Serve Day. Regional Anchors inform, equip, and train Church Liaisons throughout the entire Serve Day process, from start to finish.

Church Liaison:: Champions Serve Day planning and implementation at their respective church. Cultivates relationships with community partners and encourages participation in Serve Day among their church and local community. A Church Liaison may oversee one to upwards of 50 Project Leaders within their church. This role acts as a main point of contact and information for each church. Can be a volunteer and/or paid staff member.

Project Leader :: Puts the Vision to Action. A project leader is the face of Serve Day by articulating service through diligence in planning their project and caring for each servant.
